SUIT SIZE - Each swimmer contributes toward paying for your swim suit this year as well as swim team cap. At the 10.19 meeting you will receive more information on this. Suits MUST BE ORDERED by 10.30.17 or you will not receive a swimsuit for the 17-18 swim team season.

11.6.17 - 1ST PRACTICE – AT CCM – 3:00-4:00 (Early Dismissal – swimmers only returning to he RHS Swim Team family please – you must find a ride to and from CCM that day please.11.7.17 -2nd PRACTICE – Tuesday, November 7th – All Swimmers new to the RHS Swim Team family – Bus leaves from DaSilva field at 2:36 – please be on time!
11.17.17 - Swim-a-thon date
Daily Practices are held:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Friday -6 lanes - 3:00-4:00 pm
Thursday 2:30-4:30 pm
Saturday Practices will be held from 9:00-10:00 am and 10:00 -11:00 am. You are expected on the deck 5 minutes before practice for attendance and stretching!
Tentative dates: 11.11, 11.18, 12.2, 12.9, 12.16, 12.23?, 1.6, 1.13, 1.20RHS SWIM TEAM WILL BE PRACTICING ON 12/21 and 12/22. OVER THE WINTER HOLIDAY BREAK THERE WILL BE PRACTICE ON 12/27, 12/28, 12/29, 12/30.
The Bus leaves at 2:36 from the front of the school and brings you back to the HS ON M-T-W-F . . . ON THURSDAYS YOU NEED A RIDE HOME FROM CCM. ON SATURDAY MORNING PRACTICES YOU WILL NEED A RIDE TO AND FROM PRACTICE AT CCM.
All RHS Swim Team members are expected to comply with the Attendance policy for the season: (November 6th to the last meet of the SEASON)Parents: Please help the coaching staff by scheduling Doctor’s appointments outside of practice time so your son or daughter is at practice – We only have an hour of daily practice.
PRACTICE IS MANDATORY – IT IS NOT AN OPTION
Communication is ESSENTIAL – in Today’s world – an email can be sent in seconds. . . IF YOU CHOOSE TO MISS A SWIM MEET (Exception-illness, family emergency, religious) YOU WILL be asked to SIT OUT ONE MEET for every meet you miss.
Club or Y swimmers are expected to be at your own daily swim practice during the RHS season (Please email me your coaches contact information so I may email them in regards to this policy). Otherwise I expect you to be at RHS Swim Team practice.
