The Athletic Department of Randolph High School believes that athletics are an essential extension of the educational program where student-athletes develop both basic and life skills, learn morals and values, develop character, self-discipline, self-esteem and practice positive sportsmanship. Participation on athletic teams encourages our student-athletes to use their ability to think as an individual yet act as a member of a team. We embrace the R+A+M=S philosophy: Respect+Attitude+Maturity=Success
The Randolph School District provides a diversified co-curricular athletic program that offers participation on over 71 teams in 33 Varsity sports for both boys and girls. We view participation of our students in athletics as a privilege and secondary to their graduating from high school. All student-athletes are required to remain academically eligible and adhere to our district policies as well as the NJAC code of conduct and eligibility requirements.
